HALL OF FAME

Welcome to Tuesday nights hall of fame. This is in memory of some of the players who have graced our nights down the years. I will be writing about different ex players over the next few months. I hope these boys bring back some fond memories.

Tom junior. I am not sure if Tom junior will return but he will be the first player into the hall of fame.

This young lad had some talent, but unfortunately for little Tom he has been dogged by injury. I always felt that Tommy was one of the fittest blokes on a Tuesday; you certainly could not fault him for his passion and desire. He used to charge all over the pitch and often became frustrated with team mates who did not show the same passion. Tom liked to play in the forward position and scored a fair few goals with a bullet of a right foot. Tom was always good to have around as he gave it everything and played in the right manner.

Tom famously said Who? when asked on local TV what he thought of Paul Sturrock's appointment as Saints manager. He used also entertain us on a curry night with the pictures on his phone. If Tom senior reads this it was of the famous landscapes in Britain.

Well done little Tom for being the first on the Hall of Fame.
